The Hon. commissioner for Urban Development, Hon. Marshall Uwom is billed to be sworn in on Saturday 1st October, 2011. Hon. Uwom who was screened by the House of Assembly on Monday 19th October, 2011 stated that he is committed to the peace and development of the Abua/Odual people. The swearing in ceremony will be conducted by the Rivers State governor, Rt. Hon. ROTIMI AMAECHI.
